The Company

The Loss Consultancy Limited is a new business founded upon the basic principles of quality and service in the field of insurance claims handling.

In addition to handling claims in the traditional way for insurers, the company also provides a service for Insurance Intermediaries and Property Managers, to enhance the facility they provide for their clients. Businesses and private individuals can also utilise our claims handling experience to assist them with their claims.

The People

Greg Crease is a loss adjuster of 17 years experience, predominantly dealing with property claims, although two years were spent with the NHS Litigation Authority, dealing initially with clinical negligence cases, then as a claims inspector investigating Employers Liability and Public Liability personal injury claims. A background working for large national adjusting companies and smaller one office practices, has given some insight into the methodology of insurers, national and provincial brokers as well as the needs of policyholders.

 Rebecca Crease is an accomplished office manager and administrator who has worked in personnel for a College of Higher Education as well as helping to set up the administrative framework for her previous employer's new business .

In her role with The Loss Consultancy she looks after the day to day needs of the business, together with her duties as Company Secretary.

Areas

Principally based in the south east, we will handle all claims in London and the home counties, but we will also travel greater distances where required. We have recently handled claims in Norfolk and Liverpool, so we are no strangers to travel.

Expertise

In addition to our own experience, we can call upon retained experts to assist, including Chartered Surveyors, experts in liability insurances, fraud investigation, and any other issues that may arise.
